Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at GOOD.
Associate Software Engineer
First there was a written test and a technical interview, followed by an HR interview. The technical part was about technical things, and the HR interview was only about location. Nothing more than that. Good luck. If you are through placement in college, you will get selected if you give the interview sensibly and seriously.

Software Engineer
So, the interview process was pretty involved. I had one technical interview, then two face-to-face interviews. After that, there was a client interview, and then finally, an HR discussion. This whole sequence repeated several times. So, it was one technical interview, then two face-to-face interviews, a client interview, and then the final HR discussion. It felt like we went through this cycle about five times, with one technical interview, two face-to-face interviews, a client interview, and the final HR discussion in each cycle.

Senior Software Developer
I applied through a friend and the whole process went well. There was a client interaction and some kind of interview from the client's side too. It took me over a week to get the offer letter.
