The interview process was very great. The interviews were so nice and welcoming, and not only asked me questions, but gave me time to ask questions and tell them about myself.

The interview had two rounds, first with the Director of Nursing and then the Executive Director. It felt important that they both felt good about me and agreed. I liked that they collaborated to find the right person for the team. The interview was longer than typical, but they went over every part of the job, the good and the bad, and made sure I didn't have any more questions before leaving. It was very thorough and you can tell they really care and work hard to build the best and most unified team.

Met with several team members, all sitting on the same side. It was an okay interview overall. No masks were worn during the interview (Jan 2021), which was a bit offputting and not the norm.

The interview process had one interviewer who was kind of hostile from the start. Rapid fire questions were asked, and I’m not sure he really heard my answers.
