First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Good Neighbors.
Accountant
Accountants are involved in the administrative, project, and legal aspects of our work, given Good Neighbors International's diverse projects across sectors. While Accountants are typically part of the Administrative Department (AD), some countries also have Financial Departments (FD). Therefore, Accountants need to understand the distinct roles of the AD and FD.
- Why are you interested in working here?
Medical Officer
The typical process involves advertising the position in the newspaper, followed by an interview. Some questions will focus on your prior work history and the job description. No accommodation is provided for employees. The interviewers were very friendly, but it's important to note they are a Christian organization and may try to suppress you.
- Can you tell us about your previous job experience and what motivates you to apply for this position?
Human Resources Officer
First, there was a written test with broad, accounting, and business-related questions. Then, there was a viva session using a 5:5 system (five interviewers and five interviewees). This part will take 7-10 days, during which they will ask for your certificates for 2-3 days to verify them.
- Are you willing to work outside of the city?
Graduate Trainee
It was okay for a first time interview. The location was difficult to find. The interview panel was friendly. I was hoping to get a job with the organization, but unfortunately, I didn't get the job. I learned how to present myself in an interview.
- What are your salary expectations?
