Went through several rounds with two senior leaders/executives, and then met with the CEO. Despite consistently positive feedback, I was ghosted in the end. I tried contacting the senior execs and HR for feedback but received no response. It's disappointing to be interviewed all the way up to the CEO level and not get any feedback on why I wasn't chosen. The conversations themselves were pleasant, and everyone was nice.
