Admissions
First, you're given a sheet to fill out your availability and then turn it in. Then, you wait in a certain area until your name is called to get your paper back. After that, you wait in a line to be called to a picnic table with an interviewer. They'll go over your availability and ask you questions. If they like you, you get a slip and leave. My interviewer seemed bored and rushed my questions, not letting me finish my thoughts. It felt like they were picking based on opinion or looks.
- What preparations did you make for this interview?
- How many years have you resided in Arizona?
- What measures do you take to cope with the heat?
Food Service Worker
I went through 2 interviews, one was a one-on-one and the other was a group one. It lasted about 2 hours. Everyone was nice, but also serious. It was a good experience, and I'd suggest applying.
- What makes you want this specific job?
- What would make you the best candidate for this position?
- Can you handle working in a hot environment?
Cashier Kitchen Staff
I went up to the second floor of the castle and two of the managers- Josh and Elvira- interviewed me at an open table. It lasted about 10 minutes, and after they were finished asking questions, they went into a room to discuss, then came back and gave me a job offer. They also asked if I had any questions.
- What are your strengths?
Lifeguard
You go to a job fair in the spring to learn about jobs. You fill out an application and tell them when you can work over the summer. You have a first interview that day and they might call you back for another interview later.
