First, you're given a sheet to fill out your availability and then turn it in. Then, you wait in a certain area until your name is called to get your paper back. After that, you wait in a line to be called to a picnic table with an interviewer. They'll go over your availability and ask you questions. If they like you, you get a slip and leave. My interviewer seemed bored and rushed my questions, not letting me finish my thoughts. It felt like they were picking based on opinion or looks.

It lasted about 10 minutes, and after they were finished asking questions, they went into a room to discuss, then came back and gave me a job offer. They also asked if I had any questions.
