Had an initial phone interview that was scheduled for 30 minutes. Honestly, I'm not sure why they even bothered to call me because within the first five minutes, the interviewer expressed concerns about my previous experience and stated that I might not be qualified. At that point, I knew I wouldn't be moving forward. She was pleasant to talk to, but I realized I wasn't going to progress further in the hiring process.

Had a phone interview with HR first, then went onsite. Both were friendly and professional. I was asked to do a site evaluation and shop at a different location and turn in a report. Then had a 3rd interview over zoom and was asked to give references. I didn't mind any of that, but I didn't hear anything back after the 3rd interview. It was very disappointing to not hear back either way after a fairly extensive interview process lasting 3 weeks and including a site review. A simple email would've been appreciated. I also don't think companies should ask for professional references until they know they are going to use them. The applicant has to let these references know that they are giving out their contact information, and that's something they really shouldn't have to do if the potential employer has no intention of actually contacting them.

There were 3 interview rounds for this role, and they were all held at a location very far from my home, which was extremely inconvenient. All three rounds asked repetitive questions, which felt like a waste of time. The second interview felt unprofessional because the interviewer seemed distracted.
