First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Goldmark Property Management.
Leasing Consultant
It was a pretty standard interview process. They asked the usual open-ended questions. There was a lot of small talk, but the people were really nice. They talked a lot about the company and its culture. Overall, it was a pretty relaxed interview.
- Can you describe how you manage confrontation and challenging circumstances?
Assistant Manager
I was really impressed with how the interviews went. I felt a good connection with the SM and AM right away, and the questions they asked were spot on for what this job entails. Honestly, I learned a lot just from going through the interview process.
- Can you tell me what you consider to be the most crucial aspect of this role?
Leasing Specialist
Got an interview about 2-3 weeks after applying, with two people at the corporate office. It lasted about 30-45 mins. After that, they sent me a take-home personality test, which had some basic math and reading questions. A few days later, one of the interviewers called to offer me the job.
- Tell me about an accomplishment you are proud of from your previous work.
- Can you share one specific achievement from your past work experience that you're particularly proud of?
Manager
Pretty typical looking for someone with a lick of experience and work ethic. They were kind enough to share exactly what they are looking for in a candidate and explaning fully what the position entails.
- How do you handle challenging customers?
