The interview process

Described in candidates’ own words.

It was 2 rounds of interviews, each 30 minutes long. They mostly asked behavioral questions, but also some technical ones relevant to the job. The technical questions weren't super in-depth, just checking if I understood the basics.Candidate-reported process
The interview process wasn't too bad, pretty straightforward behavioral questions. Each interviewer had about 20 minutes. They usually start by introducing themselves and then asking you about yourself. They asked a few questions not directly related to the role, and then some about past experiences. Sometimes they'd ask follow-up questions related to the role to dig deeper into your experience.Candidate-reported process
First off, there's a one-way video interview where you'll need to record yourself answering some questions they've put together. If they like your answers, you'll move on to the Superday, which has three separate online video interviews. These will cover things like why you want the job, how much you know about the business, your technical skills, and if you'd be a good fit overall.Candidate-reported process
