I had 3 initial interviews with VPs. They liked my profile and I went through 2 more interviews, one with the Global Head and another with a VP. After that, there was an HR call and a call with an Immigration Lawyer. So, in total, there were 7 rounds. I think the first screening call was skipped because I was referred (not sure though). Each step took at least 2 weeks to get an answer. If they decided not to hire you after 7 rounds, you wouldn't get any answer, not even a thank you email or feedback. I understand they can't reply to everyone, but I feel candidates who spend at least 2 months and go through 7 rounds should at least get some feedback or a reason for rejection.

Applied in July 2024, got a Hirevue invite in Sept 2024. The Hirevue questions were tough, but I can't recall them. Then in Oct 2024, I got invited for an in-person Superday. It had 3 x 30min interviews; the third one was only if needed. GS assigned me to a team. The interviewers asked various questions about my past experiences and behavioral stuff. I got invited back to interview with another team, with two managers. Later, I had another interview with a higher-up. The process was long for me but totally worth it in the end.

I submitted my resume around Thanksgiving and got a Hirevue invite in January. Then, about 2-3 weeks after that, I was invited to a super day. The super day involved three 20-minute interviews for the Dallas office. Two interviewers were super nice and I felt a good connection, but the third one was more focused on just asking questions and not much small talk.
