The first round was in-person, skipping the usual HR screening. They didn't cover travel expenses and gave very little info beforehand. I talked with two people, and the questions didn't really fit the job. The office vibe was also weird. It took them two whole months to let me know I didn't get the job, even after I followed up multiple times via email.

The interview process started with a Zoom call with a senior VP, which was a great conversation and they seemed like a nice person. I was then invited for a second round, which involved coming to their NYC office in person, though they didn't cover travel expenses. The office environment was pleasant and the people were approachable. During the in-person interviews, I spoke with a Director and another Senior VP. Ultimately, the salary offer was surprisingly low, especially considering it was for a role in NYC at a small PR firm. While the people and the potential for growth were good, the financial and career aspects weren't compelling enough.

Goldin canceled my interview after learning I wasn't vaccinated. It was disappointing they refused to interview me even virtually because of a policy that doesn't apply to interviewees/non-employees.
