I had an interview with the manager and director back-to-back. The final round was with the CFO. They asked questions based on my resume. Then, they presented an accounting scenario and asked how I would respond or fix the problem.

They had a 10min computer test for typing speed, and then a second interview with the manager. The interview was short, like 30min. The place looked busy. They didn't respond with interview results.

The interview process felt pretty disorganized and not very professional. They were late to the first meeting, and then for the rescheduled one, only one person showed up when there were supposed to be two for the panel. The way they talked about the company wasn't great, and some comments about a partner organization were weird and inappropriate. The offer was also a letdown, with only 5 days of vacation offered per year for 5 years, which is really low compared to what's normal. The whole package just felt underwhelming.
