It was mostly behavior based questions. They seemed to know who they were going to hire already. They hired someone else, but then offered me the job as a second choice. The person who was leaving the job was part of the interview panel, which felt weird.

It was a very professional interview process. I first interviewed with my Department Manager, and then the next day, I had a peer interview. They asked me a lot of important questions about patient care and what my goals are as a nurse.

It was a good interview overall. There was a large group and many questions. The questions didn't seem to relate to the job itself. There was a lot of talking over each other initially, and they had to regroup to figure out which questions had already been asked. It got better towards the end.
