The interview process was really smooth and well-organized. They laid out the steps clearly from the beginning and stuck to the plan. For this specific job, it went like this: First, a call with an HR person, then a call with the Design Director, followed by a take-home assignment which was a design challenge, and finally an in-person interview with the Design Directors. Overall, it was a great experience!

After that, I went for two in-person interviews with the team and some executives. The recruiter was great at keeping me informed and guiding me throughout, which I really appreciated. The whole thing felt pretty fair and efficient timewise.
