The interview process was really smooth and well-organized. They laid out the steps clearly from the beginning and stuck to the plan. For this specific job, it went like this: First, a call with an HR person, then a call with the Design Director, followed by a take-home assignment which was a design challenge, and finally an in-person interview with the Design Directors. Overall, it was a great experience!

The interview process was really smooth. First, a recruiter did a phone screen. Then, I had a video call with the hiring manager, who is the head of HR. After that, I went for two in-person interviews with the team and some executives. The recruiter was great at keeping me informed and guiding me throughout, which I really appreciated. The whole thing felt pretty fair and efficient timewise.

Behavioral Presentation

I went through 4 interviews for this Sales Assistant role. It started with a phone screening by HR, then a Zoom interview, followed by two in-person interviews. I thought I connected well with everyone, and they seemed to like my personality and work history. The last interview was with the owner. After that, they went silent. I followed up two weeks later and found out the position was on hold. It was really disappointing to go through all that and not even get a heads-up about the status, which says a lot about the company. Honestly, reading other reviews, I probably dodged a bullet.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview process was pretty thorough and laid out well, with four interviews happening over about a month. First, there was a screening call to chat about my background and design work. Then, a technical interview where they checked my skills with tech packs, CADs, and how products are developed. After that, I talked with the design and production folks about how we'd work together, communicate, and my experience with different product categories. The last interview was with the division president to go over design ideas, working with other teams, and my future career growth.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • Could you detail your methodology for developing a comprehensive tech pack, covering the journey from the initial design idea to the final delivery for production?
  • Describe your approach to guaranteeing precision in measurements, construction specifications, and factory communications during tech pack creation.
