The interview process was average. It wasn't extreme and there weren't any trick questions. The people interviewing me were very friendly and gave a lot of information about their locations during the interview. A friend who has been working there for a year and likes it referred me for the RBT position.

This interview experience was incredibly unprofessional. Throughout the interview, the room was interrupted three times by people entering, either to speak with the hiring manager or bring her coffee. To make matters worse, some employees peered into the room and laughed at me. The hiring manager also left me alone in her office for over five minutes without saying goodbye. It felt like a complete waste of my time.

I applied for the Clinic Manager job on December 16th and got an interview pretty fast. Over the next few weeks, even with the holidays, I had several interviews, calls, and emails, and I felt like I was a top pick for the role. During this time, I got rejection emails for jobs I didn't even apply for. When I asked about it, they told me it was a mistake and my Clinic Manager application was being handled. I didn't hear back for a few days until I reached out to the recruiter, who said I was still being considered. Finally, after I followed up again, they told me there was no mistake and the job was already taken. I know things change, but the confusing stories, slow replies, and unclear updates really messed with me. My advice to others is to keep track of your conversations and ask for updates because clear communication seems to be something they need to work on.

I applied online and then Zoila reached out to set up a virtual interview. It went well, and she said she'd set up the next interview with the hiring manager and asked for my availability. But, that communication never came. I emailed a week later for an update, and got nothing. I followed up again 2 weeks later, and still nothing. About a month later, I got an email saying they were still interviewing and would be in touch. A few days after that, I got a generic email that the position was filled. Then, about a month later, an outside recruiter called about screening candidates for this SAME ROLE. So it wasn't filled, they just outsourced it. I told the recruiter about my experience. A month after that, another outside recruiter from a different firm contacted me about this same role, which I declined to interview for after a short chat. I'm not sure what's up with Golden Steps and englewood cliffs job postings, but they don't seem to be actually looking to fill the role, just wasting everyone's time.
