First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at golden spoon.
Sales Associate
The interview was easy. They asked general interview questions like about myself and what I like to do for fun. They also asked about my favorite classes I was taking at the time in high school and what my goals were as well as what I'd like to do out of college.
- Is your room at home clean or dirty?
Server Cashier
The interview was super chill and straightforward. I got a call to come in, and then I chatted with the manager and the shift leader. We talked about my availability, my personality, and how I'd handle different workplace scenarios. About a week later, they called me with a job offer.
- How would you handle a situation where a customer claims their yogurt was made incorrectly and wants a replacement after they've already paid?
Server
The manager and I sat at a table in the store. She asked me around ten questions about my extracurriculars, family life, and responsibilities, writing down my answers on a notepad. After our chat, she offered me some frozen yogurt.
