The interview process started off really great with a friendly contact who was flexible with scheduling. I had a positive experience with the initial phone interview and also meeting with the manager and the team. However, things took a turn after that. I reached out because I had another job offer and they asked if I could postpone my decision to see if I could delay my response to that employer because they had two more interviews scheduled, but they promised to get back to me right after. They did follow up and mentioned one of the interviewers had to reschedule for another week, but that they would 'put the ball in my court.' I confirmed I was still very interested. As of now, it's been three weeks since that conversation and they've completely ghosted me. My advice to them would be: if you're not totally sold on a candidate, just say so or mention any concerns you have about their fit. Don't lead a candidate on, especially when you know they have another offer. Also, don't ghost candidates who have invested their time talking with you and going through multiple interview stages. It's incredibly unprofessional and makes one question the authenticity of what's presented during the interview versus the actual work environment. I see this as dodging a bullet and I'm happy with the contract role I accepted instead of waiting to hear back.

The interview process was easy. I first spoke with a recruiter, and they were quick to schedule the main interview. The interview with the hiring manager and subject matter experts was engaging. I received a quick response regarding the interview and any follow-up questions.

I first connected with the CEO informally. Then, the CEO introduced me to other leaders. After that, they invited me to the office to meet the rest of the team.
