Manager
The whole hiring process was super quick, wrapped up in just two weeks. The TA team was awesome at getting things scheduled and coordinated, making it all feel really smooth and easy. It definitely gave me a good first impression of the company.
- Can you discuss your accomplishments in your current position?
- Could you walk me through the projects you managed in your current role?
- What were your achievements in previous similar positions?
Operations Consultant
The On-the-Job Experience (OJE) for two days at the restaurant will give you a preview of what you'll be doing in the next 4 months as a manager trainee, working your way up through the ranks to assistant manager, then restaurant manager (RM), and finally Operations Consultant (OC). The interview with the HR Director (HRD) is pretty chill and focuses on your work habits. The OJE will be supervised by the restaurant manager. If you get through that, the OC will interview you before the Operations Manager, assuming you pass the OC interview.
- What specific changes would you implement to enhance store operations?
Service Crew
It was pretty straightforward. The restaurant manager, however, only selects 2 people from a pool of 25 applicants, so you need to make sure you stand out. Following that, there's an on-the-job training and assessment period, then an interview. Only after that will they provide you with the necessary requirements to start working. Once those are sorted, it's orientation day and then signing the contract. The whole hiring process took me 4 months.
- What makes you want to work for this company for your income?
Engineer
There were 3 stages in the interview. The first was a virtual interview with HR. Then a face-to-face interview with the hiring manager and an assessment. Finally a face-to-face interview with the director.
- Can you tell me about your past work experience?
- What do you expect from this role?
- What do you think you can bring to this role and our company?
