First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Gold's Gym.
Assistant Manager
The interview process for the Assistant Manager role started with a recruiter call, followed by a phone screen. Then, there was a technical screen and an onsite interview. The overall process involved behavioral questions, technical assessments, and a case study. There were a total of 4 rounds.
- Can you detail your background in Derivatives Regulatory Reporting?
- What has been your involvement in Global Banking & Markets Operations?
- Please elaborate on your data analysis capabilities.
Management
You'll go through detailed online testing, then a long 1:1 interview with upper management. You better have a game plan to get hired and know this industry. If it's a management position, they definitely want to see you are a STRONG leader willing to get your hands dirty and lead.
- Do some basic research on the company and industry.
- Tell me about your leadership style and how you demonstrate it.
- How do you approach challenges and get involved in day-to-day tasks?
Assistant Manager
It was a quick and judgemental interview. I wouldn't recommend it if you're looking for a professional environment, but it's good if you prefer a casual, male-dominated setting. It's also good for personal health if that's something you're into.
- Can you tell me about your previous work experience?
