My experience has been quite lucrative and compensating in different ways. There is plenty of way gold moutain employess can take advantage of. I enjoyed working with Indeed, it was a great experience because I learned a lot more about the business world. The downfall about the company is their poor management and some directors aren't willing to help out when you are struggling. There is favoritism within the office and they expect more from others who are already hard workers. I won't trick it if I won't have to!

Behavioral Presentation

I was brought into a private office for a one-on-one. The questions were pretty standard, a bit old-fashioned. It was mostly a Q&A where I had to talk about my own strengths, weaknesses, and personal traits. They gave me a script to read, maybe to check my reading and speaking skills. They really want to know why I want to work there, so have an answer ready for that.

It was fun and interactive, and the pace was fast. I felt confident going in because I did some things beforehand to help me relax and prepare, so I wasn't too nervous. I was really looking forward to talking with senior leadership and sharing my experiences with them.

We had a really chill conversation, like talking to a friend, and it made me feel like this job was definitely the one for me. They also showed me around the building and let me listen in on some calls so I could get a good feel for what the work is like.
