Client Representative
I had 2 interviews with different hiring managers for this role. It was a very thorough and competent process. There were a lot of applicants, and the hiring team made it feel very professional. They asked many questions and also let us ask questions. It was a great interview experience overall.
- Are you competitive, and can you provide examples?
Client Representative
We kicked off with a group interview where they laid out the business and the open roles with a detailed PowerPoint. They threw in a few questions during the presentation to gauge our understanding and competency before scheduling us for a second round. The next interview was more personal, focusing on my career goals and the strengths I could bring to the company. The interviewer was really nice and shared her own experiences when I asked about her time there.
- How competitive would you say you are, and what areas do you aim to develop?
- What is a significant strength you possess?
- Could you describe one of your greatest strengths?
Sales Marketing Assistant
I do not recommend this job/company. I didn't know it was going to be a group interview with 10 other applicants. That was the first round, and you might get a call back for the next round of interviews if they're interested. It seemed scattered and like a sales pitch and lecture combined. Big red flags: huge variance in salary, from $15/hour to over $100k income. Their website only has one page, which is odd. It wasn't an interview; it was an hour of PowerPoint slides and they asked each applicant a couple of questions. They talked down to us like we were high schoolers and asked if we knew where Seattle is.
- What motivated you to apply to our company?
- What skills or contributions would you offer to our company?
- Do you know the location of Seattle?
Marketing and Sales Associate
The interview process was super quick and efficient. It was all done over zoom and took place in two rounds. First, there was a group interview with six other people. Then, I had an interview with the managers and folks who are currently in training. They actually got back to me with an offer in less than 24 hours!
- What's your biggest motivation in life?
