The interviewer was super nice and asked about my experience and what I'm looking for salary-wise. Then, she told me all about the job and I got to ask her some questions. It was a really straightforward interview.

They say they are hiring but it's a walk down rejection lane. It's like they have something against some black people. Or maybe once you apply its a lost cause. I have tried for almost 10 times. The last time I was so sick. I over prepared. They should stop asking people to interview if they are not taking anyone. It's terrible to be rejecting someone over and over again. You say you don't need someone who has experience to teach children. It's a big lie. I love kids and I have kids. I can teach them better than most people. You don't even give a chance. I have never felt so discouraged in my life. You guys that also interview, I know that you guys have the most power if someone passes or not. Please remember to be kind and that humans have feelings. First, they'll look at your resume. Then there are 2 rounds. The first is a technical round with medium-level coding problems, and the second is a manager round. If those go well, you'll get the job.

They asked me about my previous experiences, but mostly focused on a demo lesson I had to give. They wanted to see how well I could teach English to kids. They also asked if I knew any other languages, like French, and if I could teach in those too.
