The interview process was incredibly fast and they kept me really well-informed throughout. I appreciated how thorough they were and they answered all my questions. Even if you don't end up getting the job, I really think a good candidate experience matters a lot.

Behavioral Technical Coding Presentation

I applied directly after seeing the posting on Indeed and things moved pretty quickly. First, there was a video call with an engineering manager that lasted an hour. It was a mix of getting to know each other and some technical talk. A week later, I had a video interview with several engineers that went on for over an hour. We covered technical topics and also some cultural fit questions. I actually got another offer around this time and told them. They usually do a third interview in person, but to save time, we did it online. This one focused more on tech and reviewing my work. They did want to meet in person though, and since the timing worked out, I flew out for a day. It was a really nice visit. The CTO personally introduced me to everyone in the office, and then I spent the entire afternoon with the team discussing tech and demoing my work in more detail. About a week after we agreed on terms, the CEO called me for a casual chat to welcome me. The whole process from resume to starting took 5 weeks. I have to say, it was the best interview experience I've had.
