Account Manager
After applying for several jobs that seemed like a good fit, I didn't hear back for weeks, which felt like a bad sign. Then, I finally spoke to a recruiter, named P, but she didn't seem to know much about the role or what it involved. She gave really vague answers and seemed unprepared, making it hard to talk about how my skills could help the company. She said she'd refer me to another job that was a better fit, but it turned out that job didn't even exist or wasn't open, which she could have easily checked. The whole experience lacked communication, preparation, and professionalism, leaving a really bad impression. Given how disorganized and careless it was, I'd tell others to think twice before applying because the recruiting team doesn't seem to be able to represent the company well or value candidates' time.

Account Manager
I had contact with this company twice. Once during an initial interview, and again recently because I thought the interview process might have changed. Unfortunately, my previous experience was confirmed. For the first time in my life, I actually ended an interview early because it made absolutely no sense to be put into such an interrogation-like situation. The interviewers showed zero empathy and asked partly very personal questions that had no place in a business context. I can easily imagine how heavily this company micromanages internally if this is already how they treat external candidates. No, thank you!
- Given that you applied before, tell me what's different now and why you're applying again?
- What has changed since your previous application?
- Why didn't you join us previously?
Account Manager
I had one phone call with HR to go over my background and why I'm interested in this. Then I had an interview with a manager about my professional history and motivations. Finally, I did a business case where I had to simulate a customer meeting with a manager.
