So the whole thing started with this online assessment, like a test thingy. It was about customer service stuff, sales scenarios, and also some basic math. If you passed that, then they'd give you a call. It was a quick phone chat with a manager, maybe 5 to 10 minutes long. We talked about my background, if I was okay with sales and collections, and if I got what the job was all about.

It was a 3 round interview process. The first round was a telephonic call, which was more informational than an interview, mostly just discussing availability, work timings, and notice period. The second round was an in-person interview with the manager, which was the main interview. I was rejected in the second round, so I didn't get to the third virtual round with the district manager.

So there are like 4 rounds in total, first HR Interview, then Hiring Manager, then a Caliper Test, and then SVP. You gotta do well in all of them to move forward. Honestly, sometimes I feel like these many rounds can be too much. I didn't get past the hiring manager interview. We had a good chat, but I never heard back. I tried contacting HR a few times, but they just ghosted me.

Behavioral Technical Case

Started with a recruiter phone screen, then a 1-hour video interview with hiring managers, followed by an on-site interview with the director. I got rejected about 2.5 weeks after the video interview with the hiring managers. The recruiter was super engaging and I really enjoyed talking to them. The hiring managers seemed less enthusiastic, and I couldn't really tell if I was answering their questions well or what they were looking for in terms of a solution.
