I initially spoke with them at a job fair and they were really nice. I then had an interview the next day with a different recruiter, who was also friendly. The interview was pretty relaxed and casual, not like other interviews I've had. Afterwards, I was given an online assessment that took about 45 minutes. This included personality questions, questions about my work history, and a simulated sales call, which was quite intense. Following that, I was invited back for a second interview at their office. This interview was more in-depth than the first, but some questions were repeated, along with standard interview questions. This part lasted about 20 minutes, after which I was given a tour of the sales department, which was great. I'm now waiting to hear back, and they mentioned I should know within two weeks.

Took a test. Went to a hiring fair. They mostly ignored me. If you're not young, don't bother applying. They seem to be biased against older people.

Behavioral Technical Case

Applied online and got a call from a recruiter for an initial chat. We talked for about 15 minutes about my interest in GoDaddy and some basic questions on how the internet works. Then I got invited to an online test simulating client phone calls with their software. After passing, I had an on-site interview. It included a tour and a standard panel of questions. It was a good experience, and the company seems like a fun place to work.
