Customer Service Representative
The process was straightforward and communication was excellent. After the initial stage, I was offered to proceed to the next step with the hiring manager via Zoom, and I accepted. My advice is to be polite and professional, and do your research on the company if you're really interested. The interviewer told me I 'killed it' and believes I'll do great with the hiring manager.

I applied online. Then I was contacted by the recruiting department. After that, I filled out an online questionnaire. Then I was called in for a face-to-face interview. When I got there, I had to take a test for 20 minutes and do as much as I could. After the test, I was interviewed by two people. A week later, I got an email saying I was hired and I started training the next week for 2 weeks, which was paid.
