First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Gobierno de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires.
Analyst
The interview process included interviews with HR, the direct manager, and another lead. They asked sharp and relevant questions at every stage. It varies by area, but within this team, it was all professional.
- Present a project.
Analyst
Virtual interview where they explain what they are looking for and analyze your profile. It was a very good interview. They asked about your work experience. The hiring model is 'monotributista' (independent contractor) and salaries are low, but they offer a hybrid work model.
- What is your work experience?
- What are your salary expectations?
- What are your growth expectations?
Planning Analyst
I applied for two positions for two different secretaries. Both processes had a first telephone contact where they asked me to do an Excel exercise and then two in-person interviews (where the position of the interviewer was increasing). I think those interviews are redundant, it could be done in one, or both on the same day consecutively. Specifically, I applied for two jobs that had the same workload, but they offered me 35% more salary in one than in the other.
- Why should we hire you?
- Technical questions related to computer programs
- What can you bring to the team?
