The overall process was very clear and transparent. I really appreciated the active communication and a clear timeline of next steps. It was very refreshing since so many organizations have made a poor habit of 'ghosting' candidates.

The recruiter let me know that this role involves about 30% travel around FL, GA, LA, NC, and SC. The interview process has a few steps: first, a screening call where they share notes with the hiring manager. Then, an interview with the hiring manager. After that, a video interview with another area hiring manager. Next, I have to give a presentation. Finally, there's a virtual interview with the CEO, the hiring manager, and the west coast lead – that's 5 people in total. The whole thing takes about 2 months.

I applied for a remote customer success role. The interview was on Zoom. I joined at the scheduled time, but it took a minute to be admitted. The interviewer immediately asked why I was late, even though I had logged in on time and it was only a couple of minutes past the start. I said I wasn't aware I was late, and she seemed unhappy with that, maintaining a sour expression throughout the brief interview. She asked a few basic questions, but I felt like my answers didn't matter because of her reaction to the lateness issue. I knew I didn't get the job early on. She later contacted me about another similar role, remembering me and stating she wouldn't interview me. It definitely seems like a place where being a minute or two late is a major issue.
