After submitting the online application, I had a second interview that was a hybrid format, meaning it was partly on-site and partly via video call. It was with three employees and lasted about twenty minutes. The interview focused on hypothetical teaching strategy scenarios. The setup was a bit weird though, the one person who was physically there was behind a computer that faced me the whole time so I couldn't see him. Also, all three people interviewing me seemed kinda checked out, like they weren't that excited about me or the job itself.

The interview process at Goal Academy felt pretty structured, mostly using behavioral questions with not much follow-up. It was professional but didn't feel very engaging. Even if you're already working there, you have to interview like they don't know you. It was tough, especially if you don't have much experience. They don't cut you slack for being new, so you really need to be ready.

They recruited me since they were short-staffed, so I met the AP in person before I actually applied. Once I applied, it took a couple weeks to be approved by HR, even though I knew I had it. After I was approved, I had a phone interview with two AP's and they asked me like 10 questions. It was a lot, but not too bad. I was surprised it was so structured, though.
