I applied to Go Rentals without knowing a lot about them. The recruiter Shaq called me and he was awesome. Gave me great information and career opportunities. I had a great interview with the managers.

The interview process was great! I first chatted with the recruiter, Abby, who was fantastic. After that, I had an in-person interview with the regional manager, which felt like a good initial evaluation. Finally, I met with the director over Zoom.

The recruiter reached out to me and I went in for an in-person interview. It was a whole thing. I never heard back, not even a rejection or any feedback, even though I sent a thank you note after the interview.

I applied online and got a call back the next week. After the phone call, I scheduled an in-person interview for the following week. I drove 45 minutes for the first interview, but the interviewer seemed surprised to see me. She said her assistant had called to reschedule, but no one had contacted me. I rescheduled and the first interview was with a manager who asked general questions about my experience and what I could offer. It lasted about 15-20 minutes, and she said she'd let me know about the next steps. A week later, I got another call and scheduled an interview with a different manager. She asked similar questions and was very friendly, making me feel optimistic. After waiting 2-3 weeks, I emailed to follow up and scheduled another interview. The last manager I spoke with seemed to ask different questions, focusing on my motivation and long-term commitment. I was honest about wanting to learn more before committing, which she didn't like, expressing concerns about job loyalty in my age group. She didn't ask many more questions, and the interview was short. After leaving, I received an email stating they decided not to fill the position. The whole process, from mid-January to late February, felt long and disorganized. My interview was rescheduled due to a communication error, I felt forgotten when I followed up, and the final interviewer seemed to make a quick judgment based on a generalization. The quickest response I received was the rejection email, which felt dismissive after the lengthy process.
