First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Go Nimbly.
RevOps Architect
The interview process involved three rounds: first with the hiring manager, then an architect, and it ended with a case study presentation. Everyone was really nice and easy to chat with, but they ended up going with someone else.
- How do you handle balancing competing priorities?
RevOps Architect
Application to 1st round interview under 10days. The process consisted in three stages. 1st HR screening, 2nd round with a senior individual contributor and 3rd round was a case study presentation with a panel. Very transparent and clear process, with HR being communicative and diligent. Interviewers very transparent and willing to engage in beyond standard screening conversation. They said situational and aptitude based questions were part of each interview.
- Can you provide an example of a project implementation and how you managed both technical and non-technical senior stakeholders?
- What crucial challenges do you foresee when replacing Platform A with Platform B, and what steps would you take to mitigate them?
- How and why did you prioritize the activities for the proposed technical roadmap?
Revenue Operations Consultant
The interview process had 3 rounds. First was a phone screen with HR where we talked about the role, my expectations, and the company's culture and values. The second round was a technical interview with someone in a similar role (Marketing Ops). The third interview involved a 90-minute presentation on a topic of my choice, followed by questions and a review of a Crystal Knows personality quiz. The whole process was pretty quick. They communicated constantly, which was reassuring when I decided to accept the offer.
- Can you discuss the Go Nimbly Values and explain your interpretation of them?
- What do you expect from your next role?
- What are your thoughts on company culture and values?
Business Development Director
It was a 3 stage interview process. First, I spoke with a principal. It was a pretty chill chat about my background and if I'd vibe with the team. Since it's a small group, they want to make sure everyone gets along. Next, I had an interview with one of their engineers. It was still relaxed, but they hit me with some technical questions, which was a bit surprising since it's not an engineering role, but they expect a good level of technical know-how. The last interview was with the main leadership. This one focused on business strategy and my past wins. It was the most intense, but also the shortest.
- Can you identify any missed opportunities within our business based on your review?
- What business development opportunities do you see for us?
- Can you share your experience and why you're interested in our company?
