I submitted my resume and interest online and was contacted by a head recruiter from a different city. We had a short call where they explained why GSF is a great company. Then, the local branch contacted me for a face to face interview. It all went well, and I felt qualified and energetic to start a mortgage career. They told me I'd be contacted within a week, but I never heard back, which was disappointing and unprofessional, especially since the branch was portrayed as having a small family feel.
