First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at GNYHA.
Director
It was a process over a few weeks, meeting with the hiring manager and a group of 2-4 team members. They asked typical questions to gauge team fit and also some about my healthcare experience.
- What are your career aspirations for the next five years?
Director
I sent my resume straight to a manager at GNYHA and they got back to me for an interview in under a week. When I had my first interview, they mentioned I'd have a second one too. That second interview was set up within a week, and by the end of it, I had a job offer. It was super fast and smooth.
- Can you discuss your previous work experience?
- What are your thoughts on the current healthcare market?
Research Assistant
I talked to the director first, and then the program manager interviewed me. They talked about the company values and the main goals, and asked me why I wanted to join the team.
- What is your motivation for this role?
Analyst
The interview questions were fair and focused on your past work experience, with a preference for candidates interested in healthcare. The interview was conducted by a team of two. There was also an Excel test for analysts, which was basic and covered formatting and simple formulas.
- Can you discuss your previous work experiences, particularly any related to the healthcare industry?
- Please complete the Excel test, which involves basic formatting and formula application.
