It was a participative interview process, with questions about previous experiences and part of the interview was in English. There wasn't a technical test as such. It was a fast process. I was contacted through a LinkedIn application I submitted for a job posting, and I was hired in less than a week.

Tuve una entrevista de aproximadamente una hora con Recursos Humanos y el responsable del CERT. Hubo una prueba de inglés donde me pidieron explicar alguna experiencia o cómo me imagino trabajando allí, todo en inglés. También realicé una prueba técnica larga con preguntas no muy complicadas, relacionadas con las tareas típicas del CERT.

I had an online interview for a position in the audiovisual department with both HR and the department head. The questions were standard, covering previous experience, software proficiency, and job expectations, with a portion conducted in English. The downside was that they promised feedback on whether I'd proceed to an in-person interview within two weeks, but they never responded, even after I contacted them multiple times. It's a shame they waste people's time like this, especially given their good reviews; I didn't expect it.
