First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at GMMI, Inc..
Marketing
I applied once for the position and was asked for my salary requirements. After a couple weeks of no response, I applied again with a lower salary requirement. The next day, I got a call but missed it. I called back within 20 minutes and was sent to voicemail. I tried calling 4 more times over 4 days and left 2 voicemails. I finally got a call back and scheduled an in-person interview. The interview started about 15 minutes late, but I thought it went well. At the end, the HR lady said the typical line about making a decision soon and that I'd hear back either way. I never heard back, which I found telling.
- Can you tell me about your marketing experience?
Case Management RN
The office has a beautiful European style. The staff was very welcoming and nice. They explained the terms of the position well. It was a team panel interview with at least 2 interviewers. After the interview, I didn't have to wait long to hear back. There was no second interview. Then a background check and a start date followed. It was a wonderful and beautiful experience.
- Tell me about your previous experience in case management.
Account Assistant
This was not a good interview experience. The whole process took about 2 hours, which included a short simulation of the job tasks. They said I'd hear back the next week, but it's been three months and after a few follow-up emails from me, I still haven't heard anything. They completely ghosted me. I think it's important for companies to let candidates know if they aren't a fit. Ignoring someone who is asking if they are still being considered is rude and unprofessional. That's a reasonable question to ask.
- The questions asked were average.
Coordinator Support
I was screened over the phone, then they scheduled an appointment but with the wrong date and time. We had to re-schedule, which wasn't a good start to the process. They didn't tell me I'd be taking a phone call or that I'd have to write notes on the account, which made me nervous because I wasn't prepared. They are looking for typing skills of 50 wpm and up.
- Could you read this email and answer some questions about it quickly?
- How would you handle an internet database email request?
