The interview process was organized but moved pretty slowly. They ended up canceling the job opening during the process. I really enjoyed talking with the CEO though.

The interview process seems straightforward and moves at a good pace. It involved a few behavioral and technical questions, culminating in a panel interview. The interviewers were all friendly and aimed to keep me from feeling too stressed during the process.

Behavioral Other

The HR department was pretty amateurish and unprofessional, at least the person I dealt with. They were hard to get on the phone or email. Their advice was 'Just text me,' but some conversations really need a face-to-face discussion. Also, my boss's boss didn't show up for an interview, which ended up wasting a couple of hours and some gas money that day. My boss was okay, though, but it would have been nice if he'd mentioned he was leaving within the month. Turns out he also disliked the same things I did and moved to a much better company in the same industry, but not before having a fight with GMI over a non-compete agreement.
