I met with the store manager once, in person, early in the morning at 7:45 am. The interview was in the studio's back room. It was super casual, and she told me on the spot she wanted to hire me. She called the next day to officially let me know, and then I got the offer letter 3 days after that.

The interview experience was really negative and dismissive. Even though I have my license, it just hadn't arrived in the mail yet, and they used that as a reason not to interview me. This was really because I had to miss a prior interview due to a family emergency, which shows me they can't understand personal life situations or offer any flexibility. Also, other people's reviews mention a lack of career growth and a poor sense of community.

The interview was a standard process which included a phone screening with a recruiter then a video call with the Area Manager. Most of the questions were common interview questions. After completing those interviews, I was asked to do a practical which I had to bring in a model. I met with the training specialist which I had to perform some facial massage techniques. I was also asked about my ingredient knowledge and situational questions about certain skin types. Overall, it was a quick and easy process.
