First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Glow Networks.
Data Scientist
The interview process was structured and professional, starting with an HR screening, followed by technical rounds, then a discussion with a manager, and finally another HR touchpoint. The questions explored telecom knowledge, problem-solving skills, adaptability, and how candidates handle clients. Overall, it was a smooth and transparent experience.

SRE Engineer
The interview primarily focuses on assessing your skills. Based on your skills, they will ask questions. They mainly work on support and networking projects. They offer a variable pay component that is disbursed twice a year, every six months.
- Can you describe your skills?
- Could you elaborate on your experience with support projects?
- What projects have you worked on related to networking?
IT Help Desk Technician
The interview process was unusually short, and I wasn't impressed by the questions asked. I felt the interviewers lacked significant IT experience and seemed more suited to managing a call center. They appeared to be more focused on pleasing management than assessing technical skills.
- So, do you use computers?
- Have you used Microsoft Windows before?
UNIX/Solaris Administrator
I had an initial phone call with the program manager, then two telephone interviews with the company's client. The first interview was with the Operations manager, and it was a technical screen to learn about my background. It took a few weeks for the second interview. The second interview was with a client Network engineer and was to test my personality, customer service approach, and work ethic. Tip: Keep in contact and follow up at least once a week with the interviewers to find out the status and to let them know you're interested. I found they were quite busy and really wanted to hire someone, but between working long hours and traveling, the job kept getting tossed to the side.
