It was a quick 30-minute chat. We did a roleplay exercise, and I was asked some standard background questions about my past work, any sales tools I've used, and why I think I'm a good fit for the role.

I interviewed for a position at Glow.co and had a really disappointing experience. I went through three rounds of interviews and was told they were excited to move forward and set up a final interview with the CEO. I took time off work and traveled four hours to the office for this meeting. When I got there, the CEO was unavailable. They then asked me to do another short test, which was a surprise and I wasn't even set up for it. I was just told to solve it without running it. After I finished, they told me I could leave and the CEO meeting would be rescheduled. Later, I got an email saying I wasn't selected, even though I never met the CEO. It felt unprofessional and disorganized, especially since I put in a lot of time and effort.

Behavioral Technical Other

The interview process started with a 30-minute meeting with the CEO. After that, I had to complete both a written assessment and an online assessment. The online assessment was multifaceted, including a game, mental math problems, other sections, and a personality assessment. I was kept waiting for three weeks, only to receive an impersonal automated email stating I wasn't moving forward, despite having been in contact with a recruiter throughout. This lack of timely and personal feedback is surprising, especially for a company that emphasizes "urgency" as a core value.

I interviewed for the Account Executive role and wanted to share my experience. The first interview round went well. I was hopeful for the second round with senior management, where I thought I did really well and got good feedback. But then I got an email saying I wasn't getting the job because I didn't have enough experience, which I think is untrue since I have almost 10 years in sales and over 4 years selling to their target clients. I noticed current reps at Glow are younger and don't have as much experience as me. It's concerning to see what looks like ageism in hiring. They said I lacked experience, but I actually have more than they asked for. This makes me question their honesty and fairness. If you're thinking about applying for an individual contributor role here, just be aware of possible age discrimination. My impression of their hiring process and ethics is bad, and I hope this warns others.
