Software Solutions Engineer
The interview process was quick and straightforward. I received a call the day after applying to set up a second interview. After receiving an offer, I inquired about salary negotiation. They informed me that approval was pending but later communicated that they had decided to proceed with another candidate. I was disappointed by the lack of transparency regarding negotiation possibilities, wishing they had been more upfront about it.

It was simple and straight forward questions. You started by introducing yourself, sharing your previous relevant work experience and your achievement. Then in conclusion, you would be asked certain questions like stating the values you would add to the growth of the organization if hired. The salary expectations and how soon you can resume.
- Why do you think you are the best candidate for the role you applied for?
Credit Control Junior
Had a call with recruitment, then a 1st Video interview and then a 2nd Video interview. It was a really approachable team with great interviewers who were passionate about their current roles and were open and honest about the kind of person they're looking for. The interview approach was relaxed and conversational. They asked questions about my current workplace role, what type of worker and thinker I am, how I'd work around issues in a workplace, and general experience queries related to the role. They gave lots of information on company benefits and the company itself, focusing on colleague wellbeing and wanting employees to succeed at their role.
- How do you handle disagreements at work?
- What are your career aspirations for the next five years?
- What is your top priority in your current job?
Software Engineer
I had a screening call with the recruiter. Then I had a Teams interview with the hiring manager. They gave me a take home project to do, and I sent it back. They liked it, so I went on-site for an interview. When I got there, I met with three other developers, and we talked about my resume and past work, and they asked some technical questions since I did so well on the programming assignment. That part was about an hour and a half. Then, I met with the global project manager, who explained the scrum practices like sprint length, my responsibilities, and my daily schedule. That interview was about an hour. After that, they showed me a technical demo of the products. Finally, I had an hour-long interview with the hiring manager. They made an offer, but I turned it down because I really like my current job and my company matched it. I'd still recommend Glory, though; it seems like a great place to work.
