nice chat about my background, wishes, skills, and their requirements based on the job post. Fair approach. Their reply to my application was negative and without any reasoning, even though I visited them in person. I don't think they need many people.

It was a really straightforward and professional interview process, with questions focused specifically on the loader job. They emphasized being on time, dressing professionally, and speaking confidently with good eye contact.

Glock usually hires people through a temp agency, which lets them pay you $10/hr and fire you whenever without needing a reason. They constantly cycle temporary workers from different staffing agencies. They might agree to hire you full-time after 90 days, but a lot of the temps who stick around (if they don't get fired before or after 90 days) end up working there for over a year without getting a full-time offer.

It was kinda weird because I thought I was interviewing for a new division, but I had to keep it totally secret and it was in a different industry. First, a recruiter called me and we had a long talk about my sales and marketing experience. Then, I had to go in for an interview with some people who were visiting from Austria.
