The interview process was all over the place, and the hiring managers didn't communicate well. I had several interviews where it seemed like the interviewers didn't even know they were supposed to be talking to me. After going through multiple interview rounds, the hiring manager just ghosted me and never got back to me to let me know if I was getting an offer or not.

It was a really smooth and straightforward interview process. I had three interviews in total: first, a recruiter phone screen, then another phone screen with the hiring manager, and finally an interview with an executive. They also asked me to do a 45-minute presentation that involved a case study.

I had a phone screening and then a call with the hiring manager. After that, I went for a physical interview at their HQ. They gave me a Product Manager challenge that I had a week to prepare for. The audience for the presentation was about 15 people from different teams, which felt like a waste of everyone's time. I put a lot of effort into my presentation, but they ghosted me afterward. When I contacted the recruiter, they said they went with other candidates. I've done presentations in interviews before, but this was different with so many people. It was frustrating not to be informed properly after all the effort. During the visit, I also got an office tour, and the cubicle area seemed very dated and windowless. The salary they offered was also much lower than the industry standard. I wanted to share my bad experience with Globus Medical.
