After applying online, I was contacted by HR, who, despite being a bit disorganized and misspelling my name, were nice. I had two interviews: first a call with HR, then a video call with team members and the head of the team. The team seemed great, but the lead was curt with them and got frustrated when I asked questions, often responding with 'it depends'. Because the interview felt one-sided, I decided I wasn't interested anymore.

The recruitment team was great, and the whole process moved really quickly. I had two video interviews, and then a phone call where they extended an offer. The first video call was mainly to check my internet speed and availability. The second one was more in-depth, focusing on why I'd be a good fit for the role and why I'm interested in working with them.

It was a good interview, the people were nice and I felt comfortable. They asked good questions and gave me time to ask my questions. The interviewers were the recruiter, manager, and trainer. I got a tour of the call center and listened to some calls with agents. I was able to talk to reservation agents, so I really knew what I was applying for.

The interview was conducted solely through chat on Microsoft Teams. After a 3-hour interview, they asked me to pay $70 for an online technical challenge to assess my skills. This felt like a red flag because I hadn't been hired yet, and it seemed like a lot to go through just for $70. I decided to back out.
