Network Engineer

The process starts with a graphology test, followed by an interview with the director, and then an interview with the teams. If the consultant is successful, a CDI contract is offered, giving access to the database.

It was a pretty relaxed process, mostly about seeing if I was mentally engaged and showing my interest. I had chats with two managers, very casual. I asked questions related to our discussion and things flowed easily after that. The whole thing took around 2 hours.

Globecomm starts off by having a phone interview to preselect candidates. Then, they set up onsite interviews for anyone who passed the first round, with most of the hiring team. After that, they begin salary negotiations if you get selected.
