The process was direct and accommodating. It was a really insightful conversation, actually one of the best I've had. I was lucky! My advice is to be ready with technical knowledge and also to have some thoughtful questions about the role itself.

The interview started off friendly but was pretty laid back. When I asked for more details about the job, the person I spoke with was vague and didn't give clear answers. I then looked into it more myself and found out it was a fake job posting. The company had a lot of negative reviews and bad experiences reported by others.

The interview covered Globalstar's history, current situation, company relocation plans, and future outlook, highlighting the unique aspects of the role. We then delved into compensation details, including salary expectations, flexibility, benefits, 401k, and stock options. The discussion also touched upon the expected start date and the initial weeks on the job, focusing on departmental needs and company support. The conversation was straightforward and positive. I gained a clear understanding of their expectations, the role's environment, the initial weeks' activities, approximate compensation, what I need to contribute, and the priority goals and projects. Despite recognizing the company's current challenges, I felt informed about the potential outcomes.

So, first I had a call with HR, then my future supervisor called me. They asked me about my skills, experience, team-work abilities, and eagerness to learn. The last interview was a video technical one, with really fair questions. I talked about my past projects, my programming background, and what I'm interested in. Also, a Director and a VP were there for this last one. It felt like they were really serious about making sure I was a good fit.
