First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at GlobalMed.
Sales Executive
The interview was pretty laid-back. The hiring manager was really upfront about the difficulties and what the job really entails. Just so you know, the owner does micro-manage, but they do have really good coffee.
- Would you be alright with direct oversight and management?
Customer Success Manager
It was a first phone call with the recruiter about the position, and a second interview was in person with the director of customer success. The 3rd interview was with another CSM and the VP of success. Every person I interviewed with was super informative about the position, all great and down to earth people who foster an amazing culture.
- Can you detail your previous position?
- What are your interpersonal skills?
Business Development
The interview process started with a screening call with HR, followed by two team interviews. The final round was with the COO and CEO. Interestingly, they were the only ones who seemed unprepared, asking questions that didn't align with what you'd expect from C-suite executives. On the plus side, the process moved quickly.
- What immediate actions would you take on your first day to generate revenue for the company?
Customer Success Specialist
The team had a great approach. The recruiter was really professional, friendly, and thorough. They were super responsive and kept me in the loop. The folks I interviewed with knew their stuff and were helpful. I also got to meet some other team members and ask them questions.
- Questions were asked about culture, which is important for improvement.
