First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at GlobalHue.
Account Planner
The interview was warm and friendly, they assumed my intelligence and asked questions to determine cultural fit. Frankly they put their best interviewers forward on interviews and hide the organizations egregious flaws. The interviewer let me know at the end of the interview that I was likely to be hired for the position based on both he interview and the recommendation of an employee.
- How do you think African American and Hispanic accounts can collaborate?
Production Talent Coordinator
So, I actually got hired after doing an internship for two summers. It was my very first job interview, so it felt pretty good for me. The questions they asked were pretty standard and nothing too intense.
- Were there any difficult or unexpected questions during the interview process?
- Could you elaborate on why you found the questions to be typical and non-invasive?
Field Account Supervisor
The hiring process started with an in-person meeting with my direct report, followed by a phone call with the group director. Then, they had me fly to Detroit to meet the team. I was asked to create and present a mock DMA meeting deck, which is pretty essential for this field role. They gave me an offer the very next day.
- We asked you to prepare a 10-minute presentation; can you cut it down to 2 minutes?
Junior Planner
So I had 3 interviews, and I spoke with 6 people in total. For the second interview, I had to prep a 10-minute presentation, but they ended up not even wanting to see it. After the last interview, they took 3 weeks to let me know I didn't get the job.
- Tell me about your resume.
- Do you have experience with behavioral questions?
