It was a 3 round process. The first round was a call with Global Touchpoints to discuss your background, work experience, and qualifications, and they also told me about the job req. Round 2 was a client interview, which was project-specific and involved technical questions, mostly about Core Java and SQL. Round 3 was with a manager from Global Touchpoints, discussing the location, the job, and their expectations. After this, you could start negotiating.
