R1 was a project and technology discussion with the tech lead. It was a good, deep tech discussion, which motivated me. It also included program management questions. R2 was a system design LLD take-home assignment, which I had 2 days to complete. The instructions were poorly written with many mistakes. R3 was with the India site head. He was late, seemed disorganized and unable to follow the conversation, interrupting me frequently. He didn't seem like someone I could collaborate with, but I had hope for the tech teams in Indonesia. The coding problem was LeetCode medium, which I almost solved, finishing the missed case after a few minutes. I never heard back after that. Overall, the organization seemed okay, but the India site culture might be worse. However, they have deep tech work, which is a plus if that's what you're looking for. Clearing the tech rounds might be challenging, so I hope they pay well.

It was a 3-round interview. First was a React machine coding round, rated Easy to Med difficulty. They asked me to code a To-do list with pagination and implement debounce for search and some other optimizations. Second was a DSA + Advanced frontend interview, Med difficulty, with one LeetCode medium DSA question and advanced frontend concepts related to security and networks. The last round was with the Hiring Manager, also Med difficulty. It was an in-depth discussion, and the interviewer felt a bit intimidating. The interview went in a different direction than I expected, and I think I could have done better if the interviewer had been more helpful with hints.

So, the interview process had four rounds in total. It started with an HR interview where they just asked about my background and why I wanted to work there. After that, there were three more interviews that were all pretty technical and focused on SQA stuff. We talked a lot about different testing strategies, how to track bugs, and test automation. One of those three rounds also had a live coding part to see how I could solve problems and code on the spot.

The interview is very short, in English, and you will be asked to explain as much about yourself as possible, be it relevant experience, achievements, etc. The interview doesn't even need to be on camera. And the recruitment process is very transparent because even though it is still in the early stages, we will be informed whether we pass or not.
