I applied on Linkedin and the Recruiting manager called me about an hour later to set up a face to face interview. The face to face interview went okay, they asked basic questions and talked about my resume and education. The office environment wasn't the usual one where I'd work, it was dull. The interview was also late on a Friday so people seemed to be just hanging out. I was offered a second interview, but I passed because I didn't like the vibe of the place. It would have been a decent starting job, but it wasn't for me.

Applied online. Got an email about two days later to set up a phone interview. The first phone interview was quick, just covering my goals and qualifications. The following week, I had a second phone interview with the Director of Corporate Recruiting. The last part was an onsite interview at the Westlake office with the VP and the Director. Got an offer a few days later.

The interview process was pretty good overall. It took a couple of weeks to get scheduled because I was still working. The recruiter I spoke with was really helpful and managed to find times that worked for both of us. The manager who interviewed me was also super welcoming and kind, and they ran a really productive and engaging interview.

The interview process was horrible. The HR generalist missed our first appointment and didn't follow up. When I got a chance to reschedule, my time was wasted again. They seemed offended when I asked about the position's pay rate.
