after my resume was reviewed, I had a brief phone call. then I had a face to face interview where they asked me general questions about my experience as an assistant manager, like how I managed the office, oversaw sales and rentals, coordinated with contractors and vendors, oversaw staff, maintenance, housekeepers and security, performed physical inspections of properties, produced and distributed building communications to residents, prepared monthly financial reports, and payroll, account payable, account receivable, and handled purchases and maintained inventory.

The interview process was very straightforward. I had a really nice interviewer who was engaged throughout the entire conversation. They asked very straightforward questions that were mostly based on my resume and previous experience. They asked why I was interested in working in entertainment. They also asked where I saw my career going and what I saw myself doing in the future.
